The project consists of a single, two-story building housing tourist residences, designed for functional operation and comfortable stay. The pool is positioned in front of the building, creating a shared outdoor space that encourages relaxation and social interaction among guests.

The architecture combines clean lines with natural materials, delivering a contemporary aesthetic while harmonizing with the Cretan landscape. The unified volume organizes the residences efficiently, ensuring privacy and comfort, while the placement of the pool enhances the visual connection to the outdoor environment and sunlight.
